Elf is in the House

Last night an Elf arrived at our house to sit on our shelfs. Anyway - the boys seem to be responding with very good behavior. Will have to get a rabbit on the shelf after xmas to get us through Easter.

Greg is in Charge

Sarah and I went to VT this weekend so left the boys with Gregg. I think he did great - at least there are no visible marks on the boys. They all had fun.

We got back in time for Patrick's flag football game. He made a bunch of great tackles and returned a kick-off for a bunch of yards.

Tommy - Open House at Foster

Tom brought me to his open house last night which was fun. He was very excited.

Patrick was home sick with Strep Throat so Sarah could not go.

Johnny is dying to bring his stuffed elephant (Trumpet) to show and tell tomorrow.

Welcome Spike

Wanted to briefly mention our new family member - Spike. He is a huge stuffed animal I found at the town dump - swap shop, not in the trash. I assumed since we got our first set of dining room chairs off the street Sarah would not mind me getting one stuffed animal for Johnny at the dump.

Weekend Update

Last weekend was fun. T and JJ had soccer games and then we all went to the Cape for the night for Bette's birthday party! Dinner was fantastic - Prime Rib, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Kaye's Cheesecake!

Sunday we woke up and the boys were psyched to go to their first wedding. Maddie's dad Jack was getting married that afternoon. Sarah dressed the boys up. Tom through a fit because his shoes were different than his brothers'. We had to promise to buy him another new pair of shoes. Once I got him in the car - I told him we could either buy new shoes and be late to the wedding or we could leave now and be early - he decided he liked his shoes enough and wanted to be early - so we went straight there.

Sarah and I were nervous about the boys but they were great. Some idiot put the cake right next to the pool - just asking for one of my boys to knock it into the pool. It survived. Mostly because the boys spent the afternoon on the dance floor. Not sure where the got it from - but they loved dancing. At least they slept well Sunday night!

Bunny comes to visit

Johnny brought a bunny home from Miss Donna's. Chocolate likes to poop on your lap - mostly because the boys fed it about 100 carrots today.

great memorial day weekend with all the cronins and strauts-aunt amy finished her second year at vet school, so she could be here with rudy and ella-aunt kaye was in atlanta, but home for the holiday-clambake on sun with grampa on the barrel and dad on the grill-lots of flowers planted-great parade with horses this year-patrick read 1/2 a book and andrew, tommy and johnny "lived " in the sandbox!! good time was had by all!!

Memorial Day Weekend 2010

We are all on the cape now - Andrew Straut came with us. Dad went to the celtics game last night with Greg, Sean and John Foley. Celtics win game 6 over the Magic.

Amy Visits

Amy is done with another year of vet school! She brought the dogs and we had a cookout. Alex B and Miranda came over to play with Tommy and Johnny.

Patrick's Piano Recital

Our first post... Patrick had a piano recital today - his first. He did great - we are very proud of him. He has worked hard and it has paid off. He handled himself like a pro - walked right up, went into his song, Take Me out to the Ballgame, and walked off with confidence.

Before the concert we all (Mom, Dad and the boys, Grandma and GrandPa - Nannny met us at the show) went to Joe's American and had an early dinner. Listened to Kiss 108 most of the way there and back. Back had ribs so we made him wear a bib so he did not get his nice shirt dirty.
